Super short recap of the snowboard season kick-off. Finally, I could test the GoPro in snow conditions, however, I didn't want to make this an extensive project so I kept the amount of footage really low. All shot in Serfaus and Kühtai/Tyrol. Then did a little edit when riding back home by train. Kinda off-the-wall but fun anyways..

All shot on a Canon 60D / Sigma 30mm F1.4 Prime / partly with LCW Fader ND mark II. This was the first time filming with a DSLR for me. Quite fun..

Kelly Slater did it again, he claimed his 11th World Title just now in Round 3 at the Rip Curl Pro 2011 'Somewhere in San Francisco'. This is nothing but unbelievable! Congrats to Kelly for this epic achievement! Wow, this is just awesome..

Spain/France Surf Trip 2011

Well, it took me quite a while but finally I managed to process my photos from our recent surfing trip to Spain and France. Peter, the 2 Tommy's and me flew to Bilbao, ES to roam around by car and check out some of Europe's best surfing spots. The whole trip turned out to be just awesome since the conditions could've hardly been any better. We checked out Zarautz, Hossegor, Capbreton, Lafitenia, Meron in north-eastern Spain and south-western France and Valdoviño and surroundings in the stunning region of Galicia, north-western Spain. To sum it up - it was an amazing trip with my best friends, what more could you ask for? :) Life's good, go surfing!

The Billabong Pro Teahupoo 2011 went down with epic conditions on day 9, resulting in multiple perfect 10 scores for Jeremy Flores, Owen Wright, Matt Wilkinson, Kai Otton and Raoni Monteiro. Kelly did it again taking out the 1st place following A.I.'s last year's success.
In the event within the event Jeremy Flores was awarded the A.I. Forever Award, handed over by Bruce Irons.

Could've been me working on the titles as well if i hadn't decided to return to Austria last summer.
