ADBNE 2013 Opening Titles

Amazing opening titles for the ADBNE 2013 in Australia by Studio Breeder. Also make sure to check out the making-of, to see that it doesn't always have to be hardcore CG trickery to get outstanding visuals. What a beauty!

CONTRADICTION

Moving short film about life, the choices you get to make and the ones that are thrown at you. Great storytelling supported by solid imagery. Enjoy.

CONTRADICTION from BWGTBLD on Vimeo.

They say that the good things in life are free and that everything happens for a reason. A man once said life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it (Charles R. Swindol). So what would you do, if you can have the whole world, but your insecurities hold you back just because you believe in other people's opinions?
Would you give up?
What would you do, if you found the love of your life and a sudden unexpected occurrence changes everything in a fraction of a second?
Would you love no more?
Some experiences might be hurtful and harsh.
But life can be so beautiful.
Its your choice to either run from or run towards it.
Cause you are what life chooses!

Massive Flickr Update

my photostream on Flickr.

Yesterday I took the time to upload almost 500 shots to my Flickr photostream. It's been a while since I last uploaded photographs but now there should be far enough pictures for you to look at. Pictures reflecting what I've been up to throughout the last months and years. I appreciate my life every day and keep on trying to capture as many precious and fun moments as possible. Have a look and enjoy..

(PS. I've not found the time to geo-tag and label all of them properly, so check back soon for more in-depth info)

The Beast Escapes

First promo clip of the all new KTM 1290 Super Duke R, accordingly called The Beast.

Sea Changes

My buddy Roman pointed to this great short article, or much rather logbook, called Sea Changes, written by Kristianne Koch for Sea Stoke Magazine. Reading these lines makes me crave for the sea, the great outdoors.. the adventure. All combined with beautiful, characteristic, love-fueled photography. Lean back, enjoy the read and make sure to check out the other superb articles on the mag website.

KORB - CCTV Documentary (Director's Cut)

Korb really never fails to impress me with their super solid implementation of abstract ideas. Although the concept behind these clips are not entirely new to me, I'm utterly in love with their visual style and approach. But see yourself..
